Hom yoga experience at River Valley Point (2nd branch of Hom)/ Yin and Yang yoga

Hello, I hope everyone is having an energetic day with a bit of yoga practice .. if you haven't done yet then pls follow me.. expand the rib sideways inhale through nose slowly 1,2,3,4, and ribs in and belly in to exhale much more slower than inhale 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8..... for a few times.. you see you've  already done pranayama!

Today morning I went to the second branch of Hom yoga at River Vally point in Singapore, I like Hom yoga at Orchard but I think Hom yoga at River valley point seems more welcoming and spacious, similar layout white walls and clean design. This store seems sell more things including yoga accessories. I found that the shop is a bit pricey and not sure whether practitioners are interested or not, at least it helps to create more clean and luxury feeling.

website:https://homyoga.com/
Price: drop in class is 38-49 $ (I've got new year promotion 99 $ for 4 visits) it seems like they do have a few promotions to get a bit cheaper, generally the price is one month is $325(unlimited )/ 10 sessions is $325. I'm still thinking why Singapore yoga studios are so expansive ???

yoga studio: Hom at river valley point has 2 rooms (30 students max for each room) both are nice and clean already roll out mats for you to choose a spot to practice ( a cleaner will come and clean the mats all together with a mop but it wasn't really clean, it had a bit of smell and damp) it has a big mirror wall, blocks, bolsters and belts.

They give you 1- 2 towels  if you want to take a shower may need 2, they have nice shower and make up room as well.

Yin and Yang yoga with D**** L** at 9.30am- 10,30am
Class started with Yin first really slow down poses , relaxed muscles for 15 mins then go to more like vinyasa flow, she had a nice sequence and good explanation and a lot of circle movement with hands (it may helps to lift up mood ) she was very attentive and engaged with students, she would move around different angles to show asanas (the front, back, left , right and middle of the room) which made a class more alive and connected I really liked it. After 40 mins Yang yoga, then 10 mins to Yin to relax the body again, only downside of the class was the teacher was left middle of savasana, it made the class not completed, at least for me.  The class lasted for a slight over 1 hour ( 65mins).
The class is good for all levels including beginners and who are looking for some chillax as well as dynamic yoga.

Stop by and try it out !
